I will certainly never go back for another sporting event at LCA nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or colleagues. I’ve never felt so compelled to write a review as I am now because of how disappointed I am. The bouncer at the kid rock restaurant was less than courteous and the very final straw was when a friend of mine was quickly running up a set of stairs and at the top met by a security guard who told her that she needed to leave. When we were up there, rather than kindly informing us that the bar stool seats up there were “season tickets” we sat down and rudely were kicked out. We noticed a bar that was above us and wanted to check it out. She rudely pushed me on as she did not have Red Bull at the bar which she could have said from the start. The woman at the bar proceeded to pour me a vodka cranberry and was rude about the fact that that’s not what I ordered. I asked specifically for a vodka redbull. The first thing that I did when I got in to the arena was look for a bar to get a drink. I am about the easiest going and most understanding person you would meet and that is why I am so disappointed. Despite the nice facility and the great company that I had, the communication with several employees ruined the night for us.
